The project has managed to complete the following activities during  2003 -2004

• Administration block improvement - This involved putting up a passage/corridor to block the children from seeing the teachers, also as an alternative exit. They were trapped inside the common room by a snake one day.
  

• Four sanitary toilets two for girls and two for boys respectively - This was a joint effort with the Kenya Government funds. We need more here especially for the girls as they start reaching maturity.
  

• Installation of tap water. The project paid the bills after the water was disconnected for quite a long time. This is however a recurring problem for which we need a solution.
  

• World Space Radio - the children have now access to a radio specially designed for these programs. These programs are transmitted country wide by the Kenya Government and are done by selected teachers according to the curriculum.
  

• Whitewashing and painting of all the school buildings, whereby the project bought the materials and parents supplied the labour.
